Data Readiness Assessment
$2,500 fixedTwo weeks. I map what you have, what's reachable, and what isn't, before either of us commits to a build.
- A written plan you keep, whether or not you hire me for the build
- A fixed quote for the rollout, based on what I actually found
- An honest answer on whether this is worth doing for your business
- Credited in full against the rollout if you go ahead
Headless Reporting Rollout
from $12,000Your team asking questions in plain English and getting real answers. One connected source, secured access, everyone onboarded. Most rollouts land between $12,000 and $30,000.
What moves the number
- Number of sources. Each additional source after the first starts at $3,000
- Access. A documented API is straightforward; a legacy system without one takes longer
- Security. Role-based rules, so each team sees only what it should, add scope
- Data quality. If the same customer exists three ways across two systems, that gets resolved first
Data Foundation Work
$8,000–$25,000Some businesses need their data reachable before any of this works. This is a separate piece of work, quoted after the assessment, never a surprise inside another number.
- Standing up a database or warehouse where there isn't one
- Consolidating data that currently lives in several places at once
- Building a proper entry point for data people key in by hand today
- Replacing a system that can't be connected to anything
Ongoing Support
from $600 / monthMost teams are self-sufficient within a week, because there's genuinely nothing complicated to learn. Support is for when the business changes, not for when the tool breaks.
- Connecting new data sources as you add them
- Adjusting access as people join, leave or change roles
- Expanding to another team or department
Why the quote holds
Every fixed quote I write lists what it assumes: that your CRM has API access at your current tier, that your database is reachable, that no schema changes are needed, how many access roles there are. It's written down and you see it before you sign.
If something turns out differently once I'm in there, we price that change before I do the work. You will not get an invoice with a number on it you haven't already agreed to.
Still running on spreadsheets?
That's not a dealbreaker, and it doesn't put you out of scope. It just means we start a step earlier. Plenty of businesses run for years on spreadsheets that work fine until the person who built them goes on holiday.
The foundation work above is exactly that step: getting your data somewhere it can be queried, with a sane way to get information in. Once that exists, everything else on this page becomes possible. Bring your spreadsheets to the call and I'll tell you what it would take.
